Is the market on the way or rebounding, or already met with resistance, and going to retreat? It’s the hottest topic of the market now. All 3 major indexes met with the 250-SMA and trying to go over it, but still close under it even once intraday price has gone up. It is a standard symptom of struggling.
China and US has already started trade talk, but in the initial stage, they only disclose their bottom line first and both side mind the face very much. We have to know that at first US impose 20% of tariff on fentanyl and then on Liberation day 34% to make a sum of 54%. This is the level that China cannot accept and thus start argument even other countries are on the way of negotiation. So if the outcome is lower than 54%, than China wins, but when over US wins.
Basically, the market is cautiously optimistic, when they talk together its better than no talks, but will take a longer time.
Another point is the Ukrainian War already 3 years still carrying on. See how Trump handles it. But the war between India and Pakistan should not last too long, for both of them are poor countries and should concentrate on trade war.
So external reasons are more important than market reasons.
