The Monday market opens in a surprisingly stable manner after the decapitation of Khamenei for the final curtain not yet coming. The representative in Geneva stopped the talk for 3 hours so as to discuss with Tehran, Iran refused because they believe they can get hold of Strait of Hormuz to control the price of petroleum and the US believes they can break the block and change the regime.

Ultimatum is the warning of war in World War I style, but after World War II, it needs the Congress to declare War first. Since the capture of Maduro and Bin Laden was in midnight and Gulf War of 1991 and Iraqi War of 2003 also started in midnight, it gave Iran that midnight is of high risk and morning will be low risk for gathering of important conference. The most ideal thought of the US is after the killing of Khamenei, they can have another new government taking up the regime and have a compromise with the US. This is also what the market expects. So, on Monday, the response of the market was so stable, waiting for the new government to disclose their strategy. Now Iran said they would not let one drop of oil pass the Hormuz Strait. Then WTI went up over the high of last June which was $77. That was what the market expected when fighting started. Now we have to wait for the response from the US. What will they do?

Trump already said he would have a large wave of attack later, and may use ground force. Now a number of tankers are waiting outside the Strait, so they have changed their destinations to other ports, and insurance companies have doubled the fee and some refused the insurance. The US can use strong military power to disable the disturbing action of Iran, but if there is no ground force, it is quite limited, and when launching ground force, it will be attacked by guerrilla, they are becoming targets of shooting. US will have 4 weeks to fight, we have to wait 4 weeks to see whether Trump can reach his target of victory, but the market would not wait so long. On Tuesday day time Korea stock market already down 7% and Tokyo already down 3%. So please wait for golden pit to buy, no need to be hurry.
