The world is going back to normal, no longer governed by IBM (International Big Mouth) of Donald Trump, it’s a world of AI. Petroleum no longer can govern the world, chip is the petroleum of this century. Chip is the little brain of modern technology and daily life. There are quite a number of semiconductor stocks, which one shall we buy? Please refer to the top 10 companies of the world, 8 out of them are IT stocks. Mind that TSLA already being kick off from top 10. NVDA is the champion.
There are a lot of stocks concerning IT and semiconductor —– NVDA, MSFT, AMZN, GOOG, META, AVGO, TSM, AMD, ASML, INTC, DXYZ, …… which one is worthy to buy? Experienced investors always said should not buy on record high, but practically, record high would not last for several days only, it will last for years. When it continues to go up, that means new capital are coming into the market incessantly. The fact is that people are saying too risky to buy, but still continue buying while saying. This is one of the major particular of US stocks. After the crash of the past namely 9/11 terror attack of 2001, financial tsunami of 2008 and pandemic of 2020, the V-shape rebound brings about a slow and long bull market which keep on record high.
So how should investors face the future market, we know that tariff war is cooling down, nuclear war is put aside, no need to worry over inflation. So what will come next? It will be a new world of AI on earth, and in outer space will be the Landing on Mars in 2029 or 2030. Barrack Obama first signed a space policy into law in 2010, and on October 11, 2016 announced “We have set a clear goal vital to the next chapter of America’s story in space: sending humans to Mars by the 2030s and returning them safely to Earth, with the ultimate ambition to one day remain there for an extended time”. Investors better set a target of what to do in the next 5 years besides intraday trading of just a few penny or dollars. No matter directly or indirectly, must have short, medium and long term target for the next 5 years and find a lower level to buy in NVDA and hold it till Landing on Mars. This is an epoch making time of human being!!!!!
Jensen Huang of NVDA said AGI will be well developed within 5 years. AGI is a higher level of AI which have problem solving power. NVDA is on record high now, but mind the total market capitalization will reach 4 trillion soon and then 5 trillion……
